Sorry for my uber inactivity but my PC was dead. My power supply unit overheated and it refused to work again. I bought a stronger & better one now!
I couldn't post here because my PC was dead as I said already.

Reason: Well as some of you may known I had huge lag issues with my GTA, causing me to crash alot. I never had the problem in the past but anyway I uninstalled my GTA and tried to install it again to get it to work but for some reason I cant install it again. It talks about a file missing so I have no idea what to do.
