Roleplaying your turf.

When roleplaying a gang banger you must keep in mind that your hood is the main place that you should roleplay, in the life of a gang banger the hood is like the safe ground and the place where you are at your most efficient, you must try to keep your turf active at all times that you can, sell drugs, play dice, smoke weed, have friendly fist fights, rap etc., anything to keep the hood active at all times.




Things to keep in mind:



1. In a gang, picking up a gun because you had an argument with a fellow gang member is a sign of disrespect and weakness.

"if you have any problems with fellow gang members, you consult a higher rank and he'll make you all settle it in a fist fight or solve it in some other manner."

2. Bringing outside people into the hood without letting him meet your O.Gs are also a big sign of disrespect.

"The person could be a snitch that could go back and tell people about what goes on in your hood, always let your O.Gs know who you keep close."

3. Going outside of your turf into an enemy's turf is a very stupid move which shows signs of a gang member being careless and un-street smart.

"Never go into an enemy turf alone, try to keep away from your enemy's turf as much as you can, being caught slipping in the wrong place at the wrong time results in death for most gang bangers"

4. Never start shit with any other gangs that are close to the one your in(allies), never act hostile to them even when their on your turf, you must treat them as if they were your own brothers.

"The hostile and foolish attitude of a gang member sometimes can lead to problems with other close gangs, this may result in gang wars between once close gangs and may result in the death of many gang bangers".

5. Always show respect to your older homies(Higher ranks), a joke here and there is alright, but when it comes down to shit being serious always show your older homies the most respect that you can.

"Most gang members have or will suffer a "kicking"(The beating down of a gang member for a mistake he made) from his fellow gang members for being disrespectful to his older homies, these beatings can go on for minutes and is very painful"

6. Always talk with your bigger homies before handling business, weather you wanna go out and kill someone who shot at you, or weather you wanna go out with one of your homeboys robbing people, the O.Gs must always be informed when your gonna "put in work"(perform gang duties).

"Some gang members recklessly go out and perform gang duties, leaving the rest of the gang unaware of what they done until the aftermath comes and it is too late, always inform a bigger homie when your gonna go and put in work"

7. NEVER buy goods from any outsiders inside of your hood.

"Always inform your O.G of anyone selling shit inside your hood before buying it, he'll tell you if the person is cool or not, never try to handle it by yourself and pull a gun out and tell the person to get off your turf, he might be a close friend of one of the O.Gs"
