Few basic steps to getting initiated

Kind of things the high ranks look for in outsiders, in order to see if they should be ragged, or not.


1. Respect- Always respecting the gang members, the gang's rules, and most importantly, the O.Gs'.

2. Reliability- The O.G asks you to do something for him, come with him out on some business, gives you some shit to sell?....then you get off your ass and finish the task, earn his respect and trust.

3. Hard Worker- The O.G gave you some drugs to sell, assigned you to a spot that needs taggin', gave you something to drop off on the other side of town...AND YOU ONLY DID IT IN 5 MINUTES?! ....That shit fienna' impress the O.G.

4. Trust- You promissed to the gang that you aren't keeping any secrets or selling drugs outside the hood, or dealing with anyone outside the hood and you get caught doing what you said your not?-...Bad move, you need to earn the gang's trust, and try to keep it.

5. Street Smart- An O.G isen't just looking for the members who can put in work, if your gonna get officialy invited to the gang, you gotta be street smart, speak low when your talking about illigal stuff, scan the area closely, don't just meet with anyone, watch your back at all times, don't just run around shooting at people in broad daylight, stay humble when needed...in other words...NO FOOLS.

6. Attitude- Running around just bangin' on everyone you see?....shooting at people for cursing you?....dissing your older members?....-your on the wrong road, either gonna get pked or cked on the first day.

7. Your Speech- Ragged gang members speaking something that dosen't concern you?, don't go into their conversation un-invited, don't interupt them or involve yourself in any way, if you got something to say, after their done speaking..call them to have a one on one and tell them your idea or something, I'm sure they will listen.

8. Activity- Chilling in the hood all day with the homies, everywhere you find them you can find yourself?, always around when theirs big roleplay going on, always rolling to brawls, shoot-outs, etc., riding around with your homies going to get something to eat?...-Then your on your way to getting ragged, more active you are with the gang, the better and quicker your getting ragged.
